A NOSA audit was conducted by NOSA from 20th to 24th September 2009.
LLTC has maintained its 4 Platinum Stars status, Effort was 75.17% and DIFR 0.39.

Renewal audit of our ISO 9001:2000 quality management system happened from 20-24th August 2007and the recommendation from the auditors was that we get re-certified. Our next renewal will be in 2010 as the certificate is valid for three years.
